That second article is nonsense. Global warming is a natural phenomenon. If a planet has an atmosphere, it has global warming. See Venus or Mars. Global warming manifests itself in manic weather. The issue is whether heavy industry and fossil fuel use exacerbates the natural global warming process. And the answer to that is yes.

As for Obama being driven by politics, name one president not driven by politics.

You republicans should be thrilled with this guy: the ACA is a republican plan. Cap and trade is a marketbased republican plan. The Bush tax cuts are a republican plan.

You guys keep getting what you want from Obama and it's never enough. Makes me wonder about your motives in bitching about him.

Only your low-info Americans on free government programs are discouraged with the GOP if they know what GOP even means.... There will be jobs, for those who might want them.

You know that, I know that, but young Americans (millenials) seem to identify the GOP as the far right TPM, which, of course, is not true. Once the TPM is dispatched in the primaries next year, hopefully the millenials will see the GOP as the better option,
