So how do you feel about 40000 crimes committed by illegals. Thats OK right. Screw their families. Instead of fighting crime progressives import more. How dumb is that.
I think as long as we don't address the underlying causes of crime, we are going to have to learn to live with it.
A cause of crime is not "A very small number of criminals don't have papers to live here."
The ADA deals with physical disabilities. Its not a way to support mental illness or define the abnormal as normal.
I agree. Being transgender is not a disability. But you claimed it was. If it is a mental illness, then you have to make accommodations, just like all those Starbucks patrons who have to put up with some neurotic woman bringing in her "Emotional Support Animal."
The correct pronoun is their biology. We still have free speech.
Um, okay, you should probably review your company's human resource policies on that matter. They take a dim view of that sort of thing.

A better question is, where did you learn how to spell?
I was making a point that you can't fire someone just because they have a mental illness. At best, you have to document how that person's illness makes it impossible for them to do their job despite your attempt to provide them with "Reasonable Accommodation." (The fatal flaw of the ADA is that not everyone agrees on what is "reasonable")
So, in your scenario where a transgender person is mentally ill, calling her "Sally" and using her preferred pronouns is a pretty reasonable accommodation.
