never said it did,,,"Shall not be infringed" doesn't mean a person has the right to use a firearm for unlawful purposes, which is the subject of this thread. Surely you don't believe that someone who used a gun to rob you should retain his gun rights?
and as you posted in the law, no where did he intend to cause fear,, he was showing off from what I saw,,,,
of course if there is a victim he was threatening then we have another issue,, does that person exist??
once their debt to society is paid they should get all their rights back,,, all of them,,,
