Alfred Binet
The first modern-day IQ test was created by Alfred Binet in 1905.
Unlike Galton, he was not inspired by scientific inquiry. Rather, he had very practical implications in mind: to be able to
identify children who cannot keep up with their peers in the educational system that had recently been made compulsory for all.
What both you and she keep failing to say is….it was for people in their OWN PEER GROUP.
GEESUS, THE INVENTOR even said it was inadequate otherwise. Look up “Peer” group
It was never intended between races, religions or even nationalities. You also omit one other item, no one uses them for anything other then money making feel good scams that most can take over the internet. It’s hilarious and just another indications of how shallow you frauds are.
Peer definition: A peer is a person who is equal to or similar to another person in some way, such as age, social group, or abilities1234. In behavioral health, a peer can also mean someone who shares the experience of living with a psychiatric disorder and/or addiction5.
Btw illiterates,
