I'm sure Russia will do for Ukrainian infrastructure what it does for itself. FYI, the percent of paved to unpaved roads puts Russia in third world territory, just behind Jamaica and Egypt.

At least because America has larger population and bigger number of small towns, America has better climate and, of course, America has more money.
But, say, in Crimea and Novorussia Russia significantly increased both length and quality of the roads. "Independent Ukraine" built virtually nothing.

If unrestricted submarine warfare in the Atlantic during WW1 was sufficient cause to declare war on Germany, why wouldn't the attacks on international shipping in the Strait of Hormuz be cause for affected countries to declare war on Iran?

It seems like a united front against this type of piracy would more quickly result in collapsing Iran's house of cards.

As usual, most of the world just let's the US do their dirty work for them for free.
