Why Has No One Called Out Trump on His False Claim that Vice President Harris Didn't Pass The Bar?

Because you said with a "johnson"
because the poster I was responding to used that word, yes biological males have johnsons, and can lose them, but that doesn't change the fact they are biological males, their organ doesn't matter....and they can't get preg like your party suggest

They can, and have, when their assignment at birth was in error.

Pregnancy in A Male: A Surprising Late Consequence of Mistaken Sex/Gender Assignment

This is a case report of a patient who had an anatomic anomaly and was misassigned with indeterminate sex and wrongfully assigned male sex for rearing.

Methods: A 22-year-old unmarried male presented via the surgery department with progressively enlarging mass in the abdomen and vague abdominal discomfort. Examination revealed female secondary sexual characteristics and lack of facial/body hair. Radiologic investigations revealed a pregnancy of 26-weeks gestation. Karyotyping confirmed 46,XX

Results: Gender re-assignment was undertaken with multidisciplinary support. Baby was delivered at term, while maintaining strict confidentiality.
oh you mean, when they weren't actually biological males?? hahaha yeah ok

In the official medical terminology a “biological male” includes trans-men

trans-men were born women and thus usually still have their lady-parts unless they also had a hysterectomy

Thus, by definition of the term, a biological man can have a baby if said biological
Man happens to be a trans-man

And before you have a hissy fit about
trans-men being “biological” men…. I agree the terminology is bizarre but it is what it is
if my trans male you mean a man that IDs as a women...sure.

Except in this documented medical case

Methods: A 22-year-old unmarried male presented via the surgery department with progressively enlarging mass in the abdomen and vague abdominal discomfort.

Baby was delivered at term, while maintaining strict confidentiality. This case reflects how flawed assessment and management of sexual ambiguity can be, even in cases handled in large tertiary care hospitals, despite the absence of clear sexual ambiguity.

Assigned Male at Birth.

That makes them a man in the eyes of the law.
And "HE" gave birth.

Case closed.

Sure, makes him male in the eyes of the law, because the BC was incorrect.

That doesn't mean biological male, because a doctor made a mistake on the BC.,

What about Trumps grades at the Wharton School of the University of Pennsylvania,

Where Trump claimed he graduated with honors, but wasn't part of the honors students listed in the program from 1968.

Obama was magna cum laude from Harvard Law, and editor of the Harvard Law Review.
With all due respect, Postman? Do a little research on how Barry was named Editor of the Harvard Law Review. It had nothing to do with his academic excellence.

Your candidate made the false statement that she didn't pass the bar when it's obvious to everyone who knows anything about what is required to become an attorney, that she did pass the bar.

Your attempt to take a dig at me only illustrates your own ignorance because you erroneously believe that stating "she didn't pass the bar" is logically equivalent to stating "she failed the bar". The two statements do not equal each other, they do not even mean the same meaning.

I've explained this repeatedly, but formal logic is not easy to grasp if you've never encountered it before.

Keep straining, fan boi, keep straining. Citing a fact about your lack of ethics isn't a 'dig', it's just the truth.

Yet Obama had academic excellence, as he graduated Magna Cum Laude.

What about a 47 XXY (CAIS) ? male or female?
Just go to the science, if you are willing to accept science. Klinefelter syndrome - Symptoms and causes

Having the Y makes them male.

Klinefelter syndrome is a genetic condition that results when a boy is born with an extra copy of the X chromosome. Klinefelter syndrome is a genetic condition affecting males, and it often isn't diagnosed until adulthood.

Klinefelter syndrome may adversely affect testicular growth, resulting in smaller than normal testicles, which can lead to lower production of testosterone. The syndrome may also cause reduced muscle mass, reduced body and facial hair, and enlarged breast tissue. The effects of Klinefelter syndrome vary, and not everyone has the same signs and symptoms.

Most men with Klinefelter syndrome produce little or no sperm, but assisted reproductive procedures may make it possible for some men with Klinefelter syndrome to father children.

You left out CAIS.

The subject was a woman. Too funny.

I was always a very inquisitive child and I still, to this day, can't imagine why people such as Trump, who is running for the highest office in the United States, is allowed to get away with making these types of ridiculous false statements:

Donald Trump's claims about Vice President Kamala Harris not being smart and suggesting she didn't pass the bar are not only baseless but highlight a staggering ignorance of the legal profession. Let’s be clear: Kamala Harris was a prosecutor. It is quite literally impossible to serve as a prosecutor without passing the bar exam. Prosecutors are attorneys responsible for representing the government in court — a position that requires passing the bar, which she obviously did.
If Trump can’t grasp that basic fact, it raises serious questions about his ability to distinguish between reality and his delusions. Criticizing someone for their intellect while ignoring fundamental legal requirements just reveals more about him than it ever could about Vice President Harris. She built a successful career as a district attorney and then attorney general of California — one of the largest legal systems in the country — while Trump continues to peddle falsehoods, perhaps relying on the fact that most of his supporters take his word as gospel, and apparently are unable to put two & two together and question why, when they don't add up to four.
Trump has the mind of a 5 year old.
