Look at your average gymnast how many bodybuilders have the strength and control over their bodies to do the things a gymnast can do? But you probably will try to tell me that gymnasts are skinny and frail because they don't bother trying to keep adding extra mass.

Strength is not solely defined by muscle mass in fact too much mass actually reduces mobility and over all athleticism.

If a gymnast can hold an iron cross longer than you is he stronger than you? I say he is.. If a guy can lever into a handstand from a sitting position and you can't is he stronger than you? I say he is.
