The same if you removed the English from the fight.
And even more so, if you removed the Russian from the fight.

Without the tremendous losses and redistribution of resources from Operation Barbarossa, there could never had been a D-day.
And an invasion through the "soft underbelly" would have been reinforced with the resources used on the eastern front.

Yes there would still have been an invasion. It would have come later and probably cost more WAllied lives, but once the WAllies achieved aerial supremacy over France and aerial superiority over Germany, the Wehrmacht was doomed. More troops in France would just mean more German troops low on food, fuel and ammo.

Also, without the stimulus of the gun/armor race on the eastern front, the WAllies would have been facing Panzer IIIs with 42 caliber 50mm guns and Panzer IVs with 24 caliber 75mm guns both vastly inferior to the M4 Sherman’s, Cromwell and Churchill’s with medium velocity 75mm guns instead of Panzer IVs with 48 caliber 75mm guns, Panthers with 70 caliber 75mm guns and 56 caliber 88mm guns.

Wrong. Germany had no chance against the Commonwealth and USA regardless of Soviet participation. The WAllies industrial might absolutely dwarfed the Axis, let alone Germany on its own. The Germans still would have been short of oil, since the Soviets never interfered with the Romanian oil fields production until September 1944. They would still have been short on machine tools, refined steel, tungsten and other metal necessary for building modern war machines.

Actually, if Germany were respecting the non-aggression treaty with Russia they still might have access to Azerbaijan and Caucasian oil. They might have much more profits by mutually profitable trade with Russia rather than by the temporary occupation of some European regions of Russia (or not, it need to be calculated). And in this case, Britain migh think about bombing campaign against Azerbaijan oil fields and occupation of Iran. And it changes the situation drastically. Soviet-British war over Iran and Azerbaijan might distract significant forces from other theaters. Say nothing about much more earlier victory of CCP over KMT in China (with significant advantages for Russia and disadvantages for the USA).
