It is for all practical purposes, a "hatred of the flesh." By prioritizing "perfections" over inherent nature, human beings are reduced to a collection of upgradeable parts, potentially eroding human rights and dignity. There are also social inequality issues. Transhumanist technologies will only be available to the wealthy, leading to a permanent, biological divide between "enhanced" and "natural" humans.

There are biological matters more than genital plumbing that make male pregnancy problematic and less desirable for fetal health and development.
