It would have been a human sacrifice if Jesus would have remained dead. But He didn't.

So where is the sacrifice all you Christians are talking about?

The punishment for sin is death. Period.

If that were true, the human race would already be extinct.

Well, A sinless man was beaten to a pulp and hung on a cross for 6 hours, 3 of which the earth went dark while He paid the price for our sins. He was unrecognizable as human by the time He was nailed to the cross. His earthly life in exchange for our eternal lives was the sacrifice. The Roman guard got it right. He was right there at the foot of that cross. After the darkness lifted and the earth stopped shaking, he remarked, " Surely we have killed the Son of God." We procreate to prevent extinction. But the death referred to is eternal death, separated from God, as opposed to eternal life spent with God.

Preaching ‘Islamophobia’ to the Choir at Saudi-Funded Georgetown

“I don’t have any desire to debate Robert Spencer….I would never give someone like that a forum,” Hofstra University Professor Daniel Martin Varisco declared at Georgetown University on February 26, 2014. Addressing the Prince Alwaleed bin Talal Center for Christian-Muslim Understanding (ACMCU), Varisco’s equally flawed outlooks on Islam and intellectual inquiry had disturbing implications for modern academia.

Prior perusal of the opening pages of Varisco’s 2007 Reading Orientalism: Said and Unsaid did not raise hopes for his briefing “Khutba vs. Khutzpa: Islamophobia on the Internet.” In this book, Varisco analyzes leftwing intellectual Edward Said’s Orientalism and its legacy, expressing agreement “with most of Said’s political positions on the real Orient.” Varisco reveals his discipleship of Said with condemnations of post-World War II United States having “become by stealth and wealth the neo-colonial superpower” in which a “neocon clique…engineered the wars” not just “against” Iraq but also Afghanistan. Varisco’s one-sided estimate of historical harms includes a “PhD cataloguing of what the West did to the East and self-unfillfulling political punditry about what real individuals in the East say they want to do to the West.”

Nothing improved during Varisco’s presentation on “Islamophobia,” described in a Powerpoint image referencing a 1991 Runnymede Trust report as an “unfounded hostility” towards all things and persons Muslim. One Powerpoint on “Combatting Islamophobia on the Internet” set a leveling tone with a recommendation of a “[f]ocus on interfaith efforts, noting that all religions have positive and negative aspects.” This accorded with Varisco’s prior call for scholars to “be doing all we can to refute the notion that Islam is intrinsically more violent than other religions.” “I am not saying that these things don’t happen,” Varisco conceded when showing a picture of a woman undergoing a sharia stoning to death. Another Powerpoint, meanwhile, simply dismissed as “fallacy” controversies that “Muhammad was a pedophile and Islam is cruel to women.”

In all, Varisco’s briefing exposed much of modern academia’s shallowness. True to multicultural shibboleth, Varisco refused to identify any uniquely disturbing aspects of Islam and dismissed all past aversion towards this faith as prejudice. Varisco’s minimalist treatment of Spencer, meanwhile, accorded with an unwillingness to respect this lucidly insightful scholar. Rather, Varisco grouped Spencer with far more lightweight individuals like Chick and Richardson with whom Catholics like Spencer or his colleague Robert Muise of the American Freedom Law Center have little commonality. The expressed worries of Varisco, Esposito, and others, however, give hope that their efforts to silence their opposition will fail.

'Islamophobia’ in America vs. Murderous Christophobia in the Islamic World

As organizations like CAIR and their allies wax indignant over “Islamophobia” in America, Muslims around the globe are visiting the worst sort of cruelty upon the Christian minorities in their midst.

For instance, over a span of four days, from October 19-23, the Indonesian government succumbed to the demand of Islamic “extremists” and demolished nine churches. Six days earlier, on October 13, Muslims unleashed a torrent of violence that left a church burned to the ground and a person dead.

And in the course of this single day, 8,000 Christians found themselves displaced from their homes.

The government has deported them.

According to a local church activist, someone who self-identified only as “Rudy,” Islamic militants issued an ultimatum to the Indonesian government: Either raze these Christian churches to the ground or “the radicals will deploy around 7,000 people” to besiege this Christian community.

The organization Open Doors, a group dedicated to “serving persecuted Christians worldwide,” reports: “Church members wept as they watched in despair [as] civil police officers [began] hammering down their worship houses.” As of this juncture, over 1,000 “churchless believers are prohibited from raising temporary tents to hold Sunday worship services.”

The predominantly Islamic country of Bangladesh is a place where Christian women are regularly subjected to unspeakable violence. Open Doors states that “two out of every three women in Bangladesh will experience gender-based violence in their lifetimes.” Furthermore, the United Nations’ “Special Rapporteur on Violence Against Women” has found that “girls are regularly harassed and abused on their way to and from school,” a phenomenon that is the function of the fact that “sexual harassment is often seen as ‘part of the culture.’”

I was sitting in Rupert Shortt’s kitchen interviewing him for Fathom Journal about his book Christianophobia: A Faith Under Attack. When some leading politicians are asked to protest the persecution of Christians in the Middle East, he said, they respond with "Well, if Christians are going to march into these Muslim countries and try to convert them then what do you expect?" Rupert looked at me and shook his head in exasperation. "There is absolutely no sense that most of these societies were Christian long before the rise of Islam."

The historical ignorance matters because in a vast belt of land from Morocco to Pakistan there is scarcely a single country in which Christians can worship entirely without harassment. The recent suicide bomb attack on Christian worshippers at the All Saints Church in the old quarter of Peshawar, Pakistan – around 600 people were eating and playing on the grass after a service when they were ripped to pieces by the two Islamist suicide bombers. 78 people Christians were killed, including 34 women and seven children – was only a spectacular expression of the phenomenon.

It’s a toxic mix: among non-believers there is historical ignorance, hierarchies of oppression, postcolonial guilt, and official timidity. On the part of many stoic Christians there is a forbearance and willingness to see virtue in suffering. Perhaps it is time to take the advice of a Jew instead. Silence, said the Auschwitz survivor Elie Wiesel, only encourages the tormentor, never the tormented.

I don't know the answer to that AJ. Yes, I do know the answer to that, but it is still stunning to watch.
We elected a President twice, that stood up in front of the world and declared that America is not a Christian nation. Then He told us we should examine the role that Islam has played in the forging of America going back to the Revolution. Then he told us Christ is unnecessary, that there are lots of ways to get to Heaven. And we love propaganda. It's not that we are becoming nonreligious, it is that we are becoming every religion but Christianity.
And by the time they finish molding our morals for us, we will be convinced that killing a Christian is doing God a favor.

Worldwide persecution of Christians has risen 300%. And it is going to get much much worse.
It is an end time prophesy. These thing are predicted to occur pending the return of Christ, so at least we have something to look forward to as we watch the world lose it's mind.
