It looks like it was drawn up in the middle of the night by a bunch of young Democrats.

There is nothing wrong with this bill. There is something wrong with the conditions that made people write is.

Name those individual freedoms enumerated by Article, Section and Clause in the Constitution which would be taken away from the People and those governmental powers taken from the People and absorbed by the government!

I don't know that except as DEAD WRONG! If a State law conflicts with Federal law, the federal law stands SUPREME!

That's referred to legally as the Supremacy Clause. When a State joins the Union, that State cedes a portion of its sovereignty to the United States!!
