I'm just wondering if anyone has a guess.

Because they are both one in the same, both socialists, both having the same agenda. The are from two different parties with the same objective, the two different parties is only there to make us think that we actually have a choice in the matter.

exactly. an oligarchy runs this country. the only difference between the 2 parties is rhetoric

Both corporate liberals out to steal from the masses and hand to the aristocrats.

i think hedging is the actual reason. also therre is probably a divide politically among the various partners there with many supporting eac candidate so it probably is also an internal decision to keep the peace as well

Covering their bets.

CBS just identified 11 companies like Solyndra. It only cost us a few billion. Goldman wants more then just being a memory.

A lot of NYC bankers are liberal with their social beliefs and are conservative with their economic beliefs. They just jumped on the Obamination bandwagon since they saw the anti-Bush bias across America in 2008 and they didn't realize how bad he would be, as he is with them blaming them for every problem on this planet.

Now, they are choosing someone like them in Romney with moderate social beliefs and conservative economic beliefs. They also see the anti-Obamination bandwagon sweeping America since he is worse in 4 years than Bush ever was in 8 years.

Goldman-Sachs cannot contribute to political campaigns.

My ass. Lets skip the obvious solution and instead go for some 'good feeling' far fetched bullshit.

They don't call them hedge fund managers for nuttin'

Funny...I didnt think of this.

But you are dead on.

Yes, but the bets are still reliant upon the idea that you stand to gain from either bet.

Goldman obviously believes they gain from either Obama or Romney, which is odd considering they are both diametrically opposed on the issue of financial regulation.

The reality is that both can not benefit Goldman if you take each guy at their word.

There ya go. I knew with enough Google you could get the information into one of your two brain cells.
Guess what: not everyone who works for Goldman has the same political opinion.

Dude you're a ******* joke, no one takes you seriously around here except for jroc and that's because his dick is joined at your ass.

Uh, Romney is going to fix the mess Obamination has made with his EPA going after oil and coal businesses while lining the pockets of "green energy" scammers. He understands the problems Democrats have caused with their laws/regulations on the financial sector that eventually led to the mortgage industry crisis due to ghetto home loan busts/etc.

So he will turn the economy around much like what Reagan did after he took the car keys away from another Democrat dunce, bucktooth Carter.

America since he is worse in 4 years than Bush ever was in 8 years.

That sums up the Mitt Romney platform and the plans that he has after being president.
