Typical..........you declare you worship the created (self) in place of the creator whose existence is easily demonstrated by the things that are created (without factual explanation by men of their origins).

Claiming to be wise, they became fools, and exchanged the glory of the immortal God for images resembling mortal man (many people worship money, fame, power, accolade...etc. in place of God some........worship) birds and animals and creeping things. Therefore God gave them up in the lusts of their hearts to impurity; to the dishonoring of their bodies among themselves, because they exchanged the truth about God for a lie and worshiped and served the creature rather than the Creator, who is blessed forever, Amen!

For what can be known is revealed from heaven against all ungodliness and unrighteousness of men......who suppress the truth concerning the Creator........when God has shown that truth to them....by the things that are Created from the beginning of time............

Hardly........the Word of God declares that you must "test" all things through Logic and Reason, there is no such animal as BLIND FAITH found to exist in the Word of God.

One must rightly divide the word of truth. (2 Tim. 2:15) How does one rightly divide the word of truth? "Study to make yourself approved of God........" Study what? The Holy Scriptures to see if these things are so. (Acts 17:11)

You have not studied. You attempt to apply a revoked, antiquated, law intended only for the Jew and no other nation of peoples on earth. Simply because the Jews invoked a law does not indicate that any other nation (to include a Christian nation) must follow said law. By that logic the Laws of England in their entirety still apply to the United States of America, even if the US did carry some of these laws forward into the New Republic of the United States.........all do not apply simply because of ancestral precedent.

Why don't we follow the Old Law of Moses? Because God has changed the methodology by which He in these last days communicates with man. "God once used prophets in many different ways to communicate with man.........today He speaks only through the testament of our savior the Lord Jesus Christ whom He (God) has made heir to all things in heaven and on earth (Heb.1:1, Matthew 28:18-20)




Mankind has lived through several different covenants/contractual laws between man and God. The punishment you quote was a law given by man (not God) under the covenant known as the Law and the Prophets.....i.e, THE LAW OF MOSES. The covenant/law was intended for only one nation of peoples on earth.........The Jews, as clearly pointed out in the Word of God.

"These are the words of the Covenant which the Lord (God) commanded Moses to make with the Sons of Israel..........." -- Deut. 29:1 God through the Prophet Jeremiah declared the Law of Moses would be replaced with a New Covenant, unlike the covenant/law of Moses. -- Jer. 31:31-34

There has only been one nation on earth that followed the law you just quoted...........Biblical Israel. -- Deut.4:7-8, 5:1-3

"What other nation (on earth) is so great (as Israel) is there that has a god so near to it as he Lord our God to us (Israel)....................and what great nation is there, that has statutes(Laws) and rules so righteous as all this Law that I set before you (Israel) today?"

These Laws are not for your (Israel) ancestors, only for you, the People standing here today to hear and witness. These Laws were for no other nation on earth, the laws did not apply backwards (Deut. 5:1-3)........only forward with the people of Biblical Israel, until God decided there would be a new covenant that would include all mankind (Jer. 31:31-34)
