Who's joining me? I am done voting.

.Why hasn't this administration checked to see if those illegal immigrants deported were also registered to vote, or voted? All the information for the immigrant is in their hands to find that out....
Because making shit up is way easier.

Vote 3rd party, if enough people b
I have reached my boiling point with both political parties, and unless the SAVE act is passed, and we can be assured of "reasonably" clean elections, I won't even bother. I'm not going to waste 1 minute of my time voting, when it will be diluted by illegals and mail in votes without ID in big blue states.

Who's with me?
and together we can be heard and put pressure on the two parties.

We as individual Americans have little power,
why would we Not want to look at those who want to run our country?
Check out their skill level, and ability to work for those of us who do not have the money & conections,
TO BUY THE JOB.

Part of the problem with the current voting system is the complete lack of competency on both the elected and electorate.

Functioning in this political climate and environment requires specialized information and skills....integrity is not necessarily required to be effective....actually makes you less effective.

But the ability to purchase and craft and then knowledgeably vote for or against legislation, budgets, audits or perform oversight is not taught in college courses...much less high schools wondering how to teach the latest round of DEI initiatives during Black History month.

So....

The net result is that people vote for a truly unknown candidate that has the best sounding sound bytes that the candidates never intend on performing or have the wherewithal to actually get them voted on if the actually do desire them because of who donated to their campaign or provided a trust that essentially gives them millions of dollars of assets.

A local county here in GA has a city/county council that reviews budgets for their expenses...just normal people doing regular jobs that also are on the council. Not a one of them is truly a political creature. But....one of the city employees began stealing over 10 years ago. Today the amount stolen is over $500,000. It wasn't even well hidden. Mayor claims he only recently noticed it. (Small county) Problem is that with everyone knowing everyone and nepotism is strong in the county government.

Nobody other than the guilty (or close relative) knows how to do anything about running a small city council or the department the thief was working.
AND
The ONLY ones interested in possibly learning on the job to do the job are people you know will not do the job appropriately from the start. (Kinda laughable at this point)

Yes, people can be heard supporting a third party, but as it gains strength, oddly enough it will be devoured by the majority party in the Establishment closest to its ideology, like when the Tea Party was destroyed or at least mitigated by the Republicans. If the Green Party ever gained enough strength, it would just be consumed by the Democrats, and so on.

For a third party to actually be successful and survive the assault it will encounter with the Establishment on the Beltway, it will only succeed if they focus on state and local elections, start replacing majority party leaders at "home", then send Representatives to Congress to fight the Establishment there. The people will only have power when they seize back the power the Establishment has robbed from them. and stop surrendering their power and vote to Capitol Hill in a "winner takes all" battle.

Both major parties in the Establishment have had groups that have tried to express power with some success and within the Establishment, such as The Squad, The Congressional Black Caucus, The Libertarians, and even the Pro-Trump Congressional Faction. However, they will still be consumed or overwhelmed by the Establishment.

The only other option would be if we get some kind of "white knight" independent candidate, that taps a populist approach overwhelming the other two major party candidates, captures the White House and then actually has the leadership and support necessary to accomplish more. That could build momentum in the states, however the more the power flows to the top, the more it will create a ruling class and subsequently the less power the people will actually have.

The answer for a third party is not on Capitol Hill, and it will take cooperation and effort at the state and local level.
They are also going to have to do it without funding or support from either party in the Establishment or that will become who is going to consume them, because neither money nor support is ever actually "free".

I'm torn between not voting and to vote for the filthy commie dem pigs. If dems get in, the USA can implode faster and we can get a fresh start. America will never be what it once was, but we can do better than where things are at...possibly. There are just no guarantees, other than the filthy commie IM2 dem pigs will destroy America and the filthy MAGAts drunk on Trumps jizzum will still destroy America, albeit at a slower pace.

Been there, done that. I voted for Ross Perot twice - the best president we never had. And that was the end of that experiment.

Questionable. I voted for him too, doesn't mean he was going to be all that great though. He mighta cost Bush I a 2nd term, instead we got Clinton who IMHO was not a bad president. At least he tried to work with the opposition, something we haven't seen much since then.

Trump is 3rd party, by the way.

Not really. He ran on the GOP ticket and that ain't 3rd party. I take it you mean that Trump isn't your ordinary GOP guy, which is true. He pretty much goes his own way, but I don't necessarily see him as separate. Mostly he sees things the way the GOP does but he has 'unique' way of doing things.

I've never been able to get a handle on how he "sees" things. There's certainly no ideology at work. Just populist drivel, which is a mixed bag at best.

It's likely the US Congress will finally be controlled by the Republicans. Yes, you will probably see the Red Congress. The Blue-killing SAVE Act! lol. :)

There are no third parties with policies that even approach either of the two main parties. They are all fringe parties and not one mainstream party that would appeal to independents if that is what you truly are!
