Because the judge and mayor run a “rehab” scam where the arrested are run thru there and released and when rearrested they are run thru again.
You know why. Leftists are trying to deny that blacks are much more likely to commit violent crimes because they want to keep them positioned as “the oppressed victims” while making whites out to be the bad guys.
This horrific incident does not fit their agenda.

when an innocent ukrainian is killed, russians are horrified and sympathetic.

Stanislav Zarutsky, the father of Irina, a Ukrainian refugee who was killed in the US, was not allowed to leave Ukraine to attend his daughter's funeral because he is of draft age.
This has left the man devastated.
