I don't believe that was the objective of the operation. The objective was to destroy the facilities and that's all. The ability to go back to those facilities is gone. If they build new buildings and bring back the scientists, that wasn't what was the objective. However, that ought to be a negotiating point of another attack if they pursue that objective.
