Capability has never been Iran's issue, it's political will. A nuclear weapon doesn't help their country's financial situation, which is dire. All it is is just a deterence, which up until now they've rarely had any pressing need for, especially with Saddam gone.

If Iran was using multi layered UHPC concrete which they most likely were, then there is no functional way to penetrate their facilities with a direct hit from MOPs, much less ones that don't even penetrate all the way to the actual facility since MOPS can only penetrate up to 200 ft and Fordow is 300 ft deep. I'm guessing this was what the leaked intel was trying to say.

Why do you think the government of the Iran likes to help the people in the Iran? Tryants are right - and all the others are just accidental dust walking around on feet. In the USA for example is right who has more soldiers in LA - regardless of how many tons of tomatoes have to be thrown away due to a lack of harvest workers. And what a luck that the economic forecast predicts a great doubling of the US-economy from -0.2% to -0.5% and this was not Trump's reason for distraction to attack the Iran.
