Says who? In fact, says what logic? Are any of the women choosing abortion, or the medical team doing/assisting with the abortion, thinking "Look at this! I am being so disobedient! Hurray for my free will that allows me to disobey and to do wrong." By your logic, those who are following the ways of God have given up his/her free will and, therefore, are not following God at all.


Again, not logical. It's like saying that unless students blow up the science lab, teaching cannot start. Unless one does not follow the recipe for making a cake, one cannot learn how to follow a recipe.


One Hebrew teaching about this points out, first everything in the garden was good and God planned and saw that it was good. This teaching also theorizes that God planned for this fruit to be eaten--not just yet--it was not yet the fullness of time for that to occur. In fact, some Jewish sects today still do not eat the first fruiting of a young tree--in remembrance of fruit once eaten too soon. Sin is missing the target, and I am willing to bet that while in the garden either Adam or Eve tossed something to the other--and missed that target.

Besides, the main point of the account is that Eve--then Adam--chose to break trust in God in preference of trust in either the serpent or themselves. And that, is the beauty of the allegory--and is still as sharp and true today as it was then. Our ancestors had a great talent for story-telling--one that is not often present today.

Sin against the Church? Don't be silly. One can only sin against God. Is that a lesson you, as a Jew, have forgotten or do not understand?

Well ever since the Babylonian captivity you Jews are nothing but along for the ride. And the Gentiles have had to endure the affects of your constant rebellion against God. And the Gentiles have had to carry you everywhere you wandered to.

Instead of honoring your God, you have rejected Him. Instead of being a light unto the Gentiles you have been nothing but darkness.

Abraham, by the way, was a Gentile. And God always intended for all families of the earth to be blessed through His light which would shine from Israel. But Israel wouldn't have it. And she cared not for her God.

But God has and is accomplishing His purpose for the Gentiles, except not due to your obedience to Him. But through your disobedience to Him. God gave His Son to you as your Messiah. You rejected Him. God and Jesus turned to the Gentiles and has wrought the salvation to the Gentiles because you wouldn't do it in obedience to God.

You Jews don't have a temple to sacrifice or worship in? Where is your God? Why are the Jews still under the heel of the Gentiles? where is your God? Why are the Jews always being persecuted? Where is your God? You Jews can't do anything without the Gentile approval. The Jews didn't go back to Israel on their own. God had to drag you there, just like he has had to drag you everywhere he wants you to go. Like an arrogant undisciplined child.

Yet you speak of the Jews being the most 'successful culture'. The Jews have been the most rebellious people against God on earth. And it is only through His promises that he will accomplish the salvation of Israel and she will be a light to the Gentiles. Not because of you, but in spite of you.

The first-century Jews were the most wicked generation of them, according to the Bible and to history.

Jews today don't worship idols. They're not the generation whose fathers murdered the prophets or who themselves murdered any prophets. They didn't rebel against the state and visit famine and bloodshed on hundreds of thousands of fellow Jews. They didn't bring an abrupt and catastrophic end to their culture.

what's true is they chose judaism than the events of the first century, jesus that repudiated the basic context of that religion and adopted even greater servitude and denial contrary to those events of liberation theology, self determination the people in the first century gave their lives for.

Pay attention. I'm not blaming. God is blaming. And Israel asked to be blamed. (Matt. 27:25) "Then answered all the people, and said, His blood be upon us, and on our children." And so it has and will be until the Jews repent and turn back to God. Turn back to Jesus, the Son of God, Whom you crucified and killed.

The New Covenant is based upon the blood of Jesus Christ. To each and every Jew, if he never repents from that rejection of Jesus Christ, and is baptized in the name of Jesus Christ, hell is his destination. He is no different than his fathers who killed Jesus. He is no different than that 'untoward generation'.
