if written by mr big - where is that to be found ... (or) did the righteous lose that too like their phony commandments claimed by moses.

the spoken heavenly religion of antiquity is the practice of the faithful - not madeup faith and 10000 page bibles.
The bible is filled with things that improve mortal life if one apply's them.

It's always worth it to read your comments.

You're right about their fear and your ability to use it to convince some unbelievers.
While school was in session, I elected to stop conversing with you, at least until summer. I may elect to stop again in the next instant if this returns to you telling me what I am "really" saying or believe; or what the Church "really" teaches. I am through back-tracking into what is actually said, believed, taught--I refuse to go chasing down those rabbit holes again. Let's start here:

1. It is not my intent--and never has been--my intent to convince anyone of anything. I am about perspectives. I share my perspective and do try to listen and understand the perspective of others. I see what I see; others see what they see. Almost all perspectives are worthy of respect.

2. The Catholic Church has not "changed its mind" about Genesis, evolution, etc. First, no one gave evolution a thought until relatively modern times. When it came into the picture, the Church simply adopted a wait and see attitude. Other Christian denominations--and no doubt some individual Catholics--took sides about Darwin's conclusions and theories. As Galileo remarked four hundred years ago, The Church teaches how to go to heaven--not how the heavens go. The same was true about evolution. The Church teaches God created man--not how he created man.

Stop harping about the above in posts to me, and we may have something to discuss. Otherwise, I'm not interested.

few and far between -

there is a great amount of awfulness associated w/ all three desert religions repeated throughout the centuries to the present day -

without the reasoned corrections to make them more heavenly works they have repeatedly prevented from occurring - those religions and their bibles are captivated by the crucifiers.

"Before the mountains were brought forth, or ever thou hadst formed the earth and the world, even from everlasting to everlasting, thou art God." (Psalm 90:2 -- King James Version)

QUESTION #1 TO BS Filter: According to the Judeo-Christian Bible, Jesus died. TRUE or FALSE?
QUESTION #2 TO BS Filter: According to Psalm 90:2, God cannot die. TRUE or FALSE?

No one had seen God as he is. You couldn't live. The Bible says Jesus took on flesh. God became a man. That's basic Bible.

Regarding "everlasting", you made my case. Eternal. Thanks. Jesus died on the cross, the man. Jesus is human and God.
BS Filter:

I asked you two specific questions that require a TRUE or FALSE response. You dodged both questions and came back with more tripe. That's what I expected from you.

You did not disappoint.

You are making things up as you go. Scripture makes no exception about when a human can or cannot see God. I quoted the scripture at John 1:18 for you, and you are now trying to dance around scripture because you refuse to be corrected by God's inspired word. Below is the scripture again. This time, focus on the three words bolded in red.

"No man hath seen God at any time; the only begotten Son, which is in the bosom of the Father, he hath declared him." (John 1:18 -- King James Bible)

Not only that, notice that the next words that follow "at any time."

QUESTION #3 to BS Filter: John 1:18, says Jesus, God's son who came from heaven, was begotten. TRUE or FALSE.

QUESTION #4 to BS Filter: By definition, someone that was "begotten" was sired, meaning his or her father existed prior to the person coming into existence. TRUE or FALSE.

DEFINITION OF BEGOTTEN:

": brought into existence by or as if by a parent"

Well, first off, where in the Bible does it teach that man did not pre-exist this life? 2nd, lets look at a few of these verse:

Job 38:3-7
3 Gird up now thy loins like a man; for I will demand of thee, and answer thou me.
4 Where wast thou when I laid the foundations of the earth? declare, if thou hast understanding.
5 Who hath laid the measures thereof, if thou knowest? or who hath stretched the line upon it?
6 Whereupon are the foundations thereof fastened? or who laid the corner stone thereof;
7 When the morning stars sang together, and all the sons of God shouted for joy?

So, who in your opinion were the sons of God who shouted for joy when the foundations of the earth were beings laid?

Ecclesiastes 12:7
7 Then shall the dust return to the earth as it was: and the spirit shall return unto God who gave it.

Here we read that when we die, the body of mankind returns to the dust of the earth and the spirit of mankind shall return unto God who gave it. If we never existed before being born into this world, how can the spirit RETURN unto God who gave it?

John 9:2
2 And his disciples asked him, saying, Master, who did sin, this man, or his parents, that he was born blind?

Why would the disciples think that a man could sin before he was born if we never existed before being born into this life?

Acts 17:28-29
28 For in him we live, and move, and have our being; as certain also of your own poets have said, For we are also his offspring.
29 Forasmuch then as we are the offspring of God, we ought not to think that the Godhead is like unto gold, or silver, or stone, graven by art and man’s device.

How can we be the very offspring of God if we never existed prior to being born of our parents and being their offspring in this life?

Ephesians 1:4-5
4 According as he hath chosen us in him before the foundation of the world, that we should be holy and without blame before him in love:
5 Having predestinated us unto the adoption of children by Jesus Christ to himself, according to the good pleasure of his will,

How did God choose us in him before the foundation of the world if we never existed before the foundation of the world? How were we predestinated?

Hebrews 12:9
9 Furthermore we have had fathers of our flesh which corrected us, and we gave them reverence: shall we not much rather be in subjection unto the Father of spirits, and live?

Why are our earthly fathers only considered the fathers of our flesh but God is the Father of our spirits if our spirits never existed until our flesh was procreated by our earthly parents?

Revelation 12:7-11
7 And there was war in heaven: Michael and his angels fought against the dragon; and the dragon fought and his angels,
8 And prevailed not; neither was their place found any more in heaven.
9 And the great dragon was cast out, that old serpent, called the Devil, and Satan, which deceiveth the whole world: he was cast out into the earth, and his angels were cast out with him.
10 And I heard a loud voice saying in heaven, Now is come salvation, and strength, and the kingdom of our God, and the power of his Christ: for the accuser of our brethren is cast down, which accused them before our God day and night.
11 And they overcame him by the blood of the Lamb, and by the word of their testimony; and they loved not their lives unto the death.

Who are the brethren that were being accused by Lucifer and his minions in heaven that needed to overcome Satan and his minions by the blood of the Lamb and by the word of their testimony, who were then subjected unto death?

Using the bible to prove the bible is like using New York to prove Spiderman.
To prove something is to lose something. What are you willing to prove that you know Spider-Man or don't? know the bible
It goes something like Basic Instruction Before Leaving Earth

Could you help me, Spider-Man? I believe in you

If you don't know the answer then you shouldn't be posting in this topic. Jesus is God in flesh. Flesh dies. Move along now.
