This opinion piece claims that,

"Take Texas as an example: The 87th Texas Legislature is poised to pass one of the most restrictive voting laws in the country, one that will eliminate the availability of franchise-expanding features like drive-through voting, third-party ballot collection and the proactive mailing of absentee ballots. The law will also empower partisan poll watchers, add to the state’s already strict voter identification requirements for voting by mail, and limit the assistance that can be provided to voters."

Do tell: Why is it that eliminating "drive-through" voting disproportionately impacts Blacks? I thought they were less likely to have a car. Why do Blacks require "third-party ballot collection," when "white" people seem to get by without it? Why are Black voters incapable of requesting Absentee Ballots, while "white" people have no problem with it? Why are Black people unable to obtain FREE STATE-ISSUED voter ID cards, when "white" people seem to have no problem with it?

Are Black people systemically (don't you love that word?) incompetent, stupid, and disabled?

Where are these people who will not be able to vote if they must (a) register in advance, (b) vote on Election Day, or (c) apply for an Absentee Ballot, fill it out, and mail it in? Bring a few of them before the cameras so that we can ask them what, exactly, the problem is.

I submit that they do not exist...or if they do exist, they have no business voting because they lack the basic skills necessary to negotiate their way through life.
