Well, they think black people are too stupid to get IDs, so they probably think it's only white people who will use it, hence the racist rule. It won't affect any black people.

That's a ruse. They know black people are capable--they just use that falsehood as a wedge to create more division in the country. They did it in 2020 and they're trying it again now to a lesser extent--but its still early in an election year. They'll be looking for more divisive issues. They definitely have NOTHING that resembles a platform or any solutions to unify this country.
