In the case of Epstein, Trump continued his friendship with Epstein, including Epstein's club membership, for years after his arrest for sex trafficking in Florida. Trump even appointed the guy who gave Epstein the sweetheart deal, a position in his cabinet.

You missed the part later in the hearing where he recanted all of his previous statements.

Notice he said he shared "no classified intelligence". That means there was no "intelligence", in the classified information they exchanged. The battle plans weren't "intelligence", so technically, he's not lying, but he is trying to mislead you.
