Man is incapable of self rule beyond a generation. WORSHIP of INDIVIDUAL FREEDOM over biblical morality will inevitably lead to anarchy/chaos and from that a strongman is needed to restore order.
Put me in the camp that follows GOD and not INDIVIDUAL FREEDOM ABOVE ALL

The belief that democracy leads to anarchy is a classical political theory, famously argued by Plato and echoed by figures like John Adams, suggesting that excessive freedom and lack of strict leadership in a democracy breed chaos, mob rule, and eventually, tyranny. Critics argue that prioritizing individual freedom leads to social breakdown.
Plato’s Perspective: Plato viewed "pure" democracy as a system where the masses, lacking governing skill, create a chaotic environment (anarchy). This turmoil makes citizens susceptible to following a strongman, allowing democracy to decay into tyranny.
John Adams’ View: Adams believed democracy holds no lasting power, claiming it would "waste, exhaust and murder itself," leading to an anarchy where individual self-interest destroys safety and property.
The Transition: Modern interpreters of this theory argue that democracy's downfall is driven by the rise of demagogues, gridlock, and the erosion of liberal constraints (like the protection of individual rights).
Anarchist Critique: Conversely, some anarchists argue that democracy is already a form of coercion ("mobocracy") and that true liberty requires the removal of all hierarchy, not just the transition from democracy to anarchy.
While historical philosophers and critics have long argued that democratic systems contain the seeds of their own destruction, others view democracy's flexibility as its strength in maintaining order.
President Vance! That’s hilarious, unless you’re predicting Trump won’t survive his term./----/ Not until it's completed. But I'm sure President Vance will.

I mean they were just in a shooting. Seems more normal than this:

Just terrible. How many people are wishing President Trump was dead?1. John Mccain 2. Robert Mueller 3. Robert Dingle 4. Rob Reiner 5. Colin Powel
not one leftist on this thread has condemned the shooter .. not one ! not one leftists has labeled the shooter as evil with evil intent ... they're all making fun of Trump and the Secrete Service ..
They're on the outside looking in, thinking they can just take what Americans built because they want to.But the Progressives are not part of the civilized world.

I think it was the 1st he attended since he was in the audience and Obama was there. But this was NOT a Whitehouse function or event? It was a Correspondence dinner for Whitehouse journalists and charity. The president may or may not, choose to go. He did not attend at all during his first 4 years as President and he did not attend his first year back in office. As president, this is his first year, out of the 6 times the event occurred while president, he chose to attend.
The ballroom being built has nothing to do with this event.
Pinky swear promise?Nope, been back and forth a few times since then. Came home for Christmas and two other times since then. more than I had wanted to, but life happens.
You might notice all of my posting comes in spurts and then nothing.
After today you will not see me on here again till at least Aug if not later.

Dem please, first we'll stomp the shit out of the Democrats then piss on the grave of that murderous corrupt party. The party that will be in the majority next year?
That party?
They want one thing. GOVT money funneled to NGO then back to DEM as much as possible. NGO net worth over $14Tsice 09' do math.
I'm only telling you HOW this will all play out. All the ancient philosophers tell us a "democracy" has a lifespan of about 200 years. There are reasons for that. WE ARE THERE.No one is worshipping individual freedom. No is talking about anarchy, that's an absurd assumption that has zero to do with what I posted. But many of us still care about our Constitution, Bill of Rights, and heeding the warnings of our founders in regard to not trading liberty for "security" (which you clearly still haven't figured out is a trick.)
Secondly, YOU might want to be led by a "strongman" but some of us understand how foolish it is to give the government even more power and control than they already have. You trust the government now, because you trust Trump. But you do realize he's not always going to be in power, right? So the power you're handing over to the government now, is going to be in the hands of our political enemies eventually, because that's the way the system works. Your trust for the government is truly astonishing to me. Especially as a Christian, since you should know who the temporary "ruler" of this world is.
All that said, the actual point flew right over some heads, but that's OK. You can only lead a horse to water...
So another psycho dem fell for all the propaganda your side constantly spews and decided to fix it.Nobody stole the election in 2020.
Your guy lost because he screwed up.
He got back in because everyone forgot how badly he screwed up.
