The US is not a Kingdom. It is a democracy with three EQUAL branches of government. The Judiciary has as much authority as the executive branch. When a branch of government's actions are UNCONSTITITION, as many of King trump's have been, then it is the duty of the judiciary to block those action. Simple...otherwise we actually do have a Constitutional Crisis.

The 9 member Supreme Court has roughly the same authority as the President, NOT a single "inferior court" judge, duh.

The people being harmed by his (likely) illegal EO's are exercising their right to have these policy decisions reviiewed in federal courts.
Again, federal courts are part of The Judicial Branch of government, a seperate but coequal branch.
Our founding fathers set up our government so that these federal courts that Trump's EO's are getting reviewed in are JUST as powerful as he is.
That's the beauty of checks and balances.
