Well I think that is because, for the most part, that Responsibility is almost unversally not invoked at all into that context, as it should rightfully be.

Liberty itself is a term which should never be invoked absent the term Responsibility. And that's a pretty big ball of yarn to unravel.

So that circles back to a general or collective lack of understanding of what those two terms, Freedom and Liberty, which you correctly invoked seperately mean.

As well, those who do understand have a tough time not failing in forwarding/seeding it into the minds of babes. The brush fires so to speak. And there are a lot of reasons for that, too. Those are the good discussions/debates. They were meaningful. I miss those. The place has kind of changed over time since I first joined here.
