Which States Allow the Permitless Carry of Guns?

I grew up in an area where it was not uncommon to see a rifle rack in the rear window of most pick up trucks. Often there were a couple rifles or shotguns in them. I never heard of any conflict. Restricting open carry is unconstitutional---what part of 'keep and BEAR arms' is hard to understand?

Open carry is inviting a street hassle

Tactically it's bad too. If I'm a bad guy, the first person I'm going to shoot is the guy showing he's armed.

Indeed. It was common in Texas when I was younger, but they started getting actively stolen, and that ended that.

That is valid, however it has nothing to do with the gov't restriction of bearing weapons openly. You know, kind of like you can keep your doctor.

First off, I don’t shop in those places. I stay in my stores where I live.

Walgreens just closed a store due to your scenario! The locals are bitching. Black neighborhoods are dangerous if you haven’t been paying attention
