On the tenth anniversary of the American-led invasion of Iraq, Media Matters looks back at the work of some of the media's most prominent pro-war voices. Instead of facing consequences for backing the invasion based on information that turned out to be false and criticizing war opponents, many of these media figures continue to hold positions of influence and continue to provide foreign policy reporting and commentary.

Why is it when the Bush administration acts on information that was good at the time it's BS
But when Obama acts on information that was available at the time in regards to Benghazi it's acceptable. The WH kept saying that it was a video weeks after the incident based on information that
was known at that time.

Much of their motivation was partisan; had GWB been a democrat they’d never support the war.

But few if any will admit the truth of Iraq/Afghanistan, that both wars were a failure; they’ll instead adhere to the new lie that the wars were a ‘success.’

Are you actually trying to compare the two? Really?

Even more curious, where are the supporters of the 1998 Iraq Liberation Act?
