But murdering suspects for alleged crimes that are not even capital crimes. It's interdiction and incarceration. not suspect murder and ask questions later, maybe.....

the source of fentanyl is Sinaloa Cartel and the Jalisco New Generation Cartel (CJNG), which is in mexico. China is the largest source of the precursor chemicals and equipment, such as pill presses, used by Mexican cartels to produce fentanyl, and India as well for this production. Some of this also comes thru the canadian border.
But Venezuela isnt even a blip on the map on this subject.
