When was war declared against Venezuela?

Do you think Trump is right to murder people on the high seas?

Do you know the US navy is off shore Venezuela while the Orange doofus is threatening regime change?

Regime change!!! We’ve heard that old canard before.
murder is an unlawful killing, killing terrorist isn't unlawful. I'm all for taking out terrorist.

Yes, Trump supports regime change there, in fact he just had the nobel peace prize dedicated to him by the Venezuluan that is workign towards regime change there as well.

War crimes are war crimes. It’s not hard to understand, unless you’re dumb.

What exactly is the plan here? Venezuela is half again the size of Ukraine with 28MM people.
To enrich big oil further, and guarantee continued millions in donations to the R crime family.

Lol. Do you always believe politicians or just Trump, even with no evidence?
What does Trump or politicians have to do with my question?

Why can’t you just not deflect for once in your life and answer the direct question

How come your orange doofus won’t release the files?
Why didn’t your senile god xiden not? Oh wait we know since Trump released the files, Epstein’s flight logs are loaded with the big dem donors

Does what caliber the bullet is?
I already knew most of what you posted.
So I asked the question once again....
If it's so damn easy to send everything in by land why would anybody take a chance on a speed boat? They're not doing so well these days and yet they keep trying.

the source of fentanyl is Sinaloa Cartel and the Jalisco New Generation Cartel (CJNG), which is in mexico. China is the largest source of the precursor chemicals and equipment, such as pill presses, used by Mexican cartels to produce fentanyl, and India as well for this production. Some of this also comes thru the canadian border.
But Venezuela isnt even a blip on the map on this subject

The United States of America should not have vigilante justice because it has a constitution — the supreme law — and a judicial process. This is not a lawless land; individuals cannot act however they please. 😑

👉 Most international-law experts say those strikes are likely unlawful.

Why (key points):

- States must not use force against foreign-flag vessels in international waters except under narrow exceptions (e.g., consent, hot pursuit, or lawful self‑defence). Attacking a ship purely for suspected drug smuggling normally falls within law‑enforcement measures, not lethal military force.

- Self‑defence under Article 51 UN Charter requires an “armed attack” or an imminent threat of serious violence; regular drug trafficking generally does not meet that threshold. Courts and scholars say claiming mass deaths from drugs does not convert routine smuggling into an armed attack justifying lethal force at sea.

- Labeling criminal groups as terrorists or claiming a non‑international armed conflict does not by itself make members lawful military targets; legal targeting requires clear nexus to an armed conflict or an immediate lethal threat.

- “Hot pursuit” allows boarding/seizure if a vessel flees from the territorial seas of a state, but it has strict conditions and does not authorize sinking a ship in the high seas without appropriate process.

- Independent verification of the U.S. legal facts (who was aboard, whether there was an imminent threat, chain of custody for alleged narcotics) is limited; that evidentiary gap strengthens legal concerns.

Conclusion: Absent strong, publicly available evidence showing an immediate lethal threat or another recognized legal exception, most analysts and international‑law scholars consider such strikes on vessels in international waters to be unlawful.

- Legal/accountability responsibility: if the strike violated international law, potential accountability could involve U.S. domestic mechanisms (military investigations, courts-martial, congressional oversight, inspector-general probes), diplomatic remedies with affected states, and international mechanisms (UN bodies or human-rights procedures). Individual criminal responsibility for unlawful killings could, in theory, be pursued under domestic law or by international courts, though political and jurisdictional obstacles make that unlikely in practice.

In short: the U.S. military executed the strike, and responsibility runs up the military chain of command and to the civilian officials who authorized it; legal accountability would depend on investigations and any findings of unlawful conduct.
