The whole seventy two hour crap,hospitals that run without power,reinforcements and resupply without vehicles,ignoring the fact that a Carrington event has happened and will likely happen again.
She's either totally suppressing those thoughts out of terror. Or she's trolling.

Regardless of the cause of a major disaster, an epidemic, nuclear weapons, chemical weapons, EMP, Carrington or some other farfetched shit. If there was a simultaneous major emergency in several states/cities I cannot perceive how emergency management officials have the resources or personnel available to bring relief, let alone keep order. I have ZERO faith that the government will do anything in such a case beyond act to preserve itself. Even if that means withdrawing into bunkers until enough people kill each other and the population becomes manageable.

I don't believe there will be a doomsday scenario where civil order is never restored, so people who plan on filling up mass graves of refugees in their back yards better consider the possibility that they may have to answer for some of their decisions.

Besides answering to the Ultimate Judge, on their own final day.

Actually, most of my neighbors are awesome. We're all armed.

My daughter would go to the Dr, then she would have whatever prescription she needed filled at her pharmacy. That is how you treat an infection.
