But you can't say it is anything but sperm until an egg is present, and they join. That's like a few quivering cells can't be considered a beating heart until there is heart muscle and chambers. For now, I'm only discussing the comparitively narrow subject of a beating heart. You seem determined to bring in things not directly related to whether a beating heart exists, and when.Sperm never becomes anything other than sperm. If sperm fertilizes an egg, a new HUMAN life is conceived.
