When is an embryo/fetus a human life?

Do you believe women have the same “divine rights“ as men?

When did women get the right to vote, thus taking part in their “consent to be governed“ ?

Is Christianity,a male dominated institution to this day?

As a citizen you have always consented to be governed.
Males take the lead role in the family

Your lashing out aside, the fanatical need of some to inflict their personal notions upon everyone else by state coercion is obvious.

Decent Americans will not let it happen .

The United States is not Nicaragua, nor will it become Nicaragua.

The latest AP-NORC poll indicates continued support for legal access to abortion in all or most cases...
Sixty-four percent say abortion should be legal in all (25%) or most (38%) cases, while 36% think the procedure should be banned in all (9%) or most (27%) cases...
Partisan differences persist on whether abortion should be lawful or not. Eighty-five percent of Democrats say abortion should be legal in all or most cases, while 59% of Republicans think it should be illegal in all or most cases.
Do you believe in equal protection under the law?

Right, but a zygote does not have a brain. I would be fine with limiting abortion up until the point a heartbeat is detected. However, many are claiming that, even prior to the development of a brain, a zygote is the equivalent of a baby, and I digress.
It is already a separate human being based on DNA

Thomas Paine‘s father was a corset maker in England and a Quaker. as a young man, he separated himself from the common Christian male dominated family structure.

after moving to Philadelphia he began to write to stir up the colonists to separate themselves from the divine rule of the British monarchy.

It is said that without Tom Paine’s ‘s pen there would not have been an American revolution or declaration of independence in 1776.

Americans need to know about PAINE on the abortion issue because he was one of the few revolutionaries in the 1776 generation who called for women to have equal rights, including the right to vote.

Imagine that. The American Revolution was successful in separating the colonies from divine rule of Kings, but it took 140 years before women could have a say in the direction of the new nation, supposedly designed for liberty and justice for all.

Thomas Paine, a key figure in the American Revolution, was an early advocate for both women's rights and the abolition of slavery.

Women's Rights: In August 1775, Paine published "An Occasional Letter on the Female Sex" in the Pennsylvania Magazine, a piece arguing for the better treatment of women and highlighting the universal oppression they face

Do you believe in equal rights for fathers of aborted babies? Cause that is the brass tacks we are talking about here

The issue is that, the child inside of her is a separate human being, how we reproduce and who carries it is null and void based on Biology. That child's father should also have rights, as that child is half his and may develop many more of his traits than the mother are you for fathers rights and equal protection under the law. The woman's rights is a play on peoples emotions
A fetus is part of her body therefore its her property. Fathers have no rights other then the right to pay for it

Ok, What does the Constitutions of Ohio Kansas Wisconsin New York California and Missouri say if the same expectant mother chooses to terminate her own pregnancy. Is she to be charged with murder?
Chances are no. But, the point is, that’s where it belongs at the State level.

View attachment 1142228a thirteen month old child is a citizen as of birth and is protected as a new individual person and as a separate person lawfully separated from his or her birth mother.

The born child is protected under the 14th Amendment as a person

As well as the unborn child…I believe the wording includes the word “conceived”… I could be wrong…However, there was a case recently, that was about “birthright” that protected the unborn baby, unwittingly…

If it were equal, and men had to grow babies like women do, abortion would be legal.
That is simply an emotional response! Women carry the babies, that has been know for some time. Means nothing when it comes to equal rights

It is a separate being! You are a bleeding heart emotional thinker. That child is equally the fathers, and he should have the same rights as the mother. Yes he pays if she keeps it, rightfully so. Why does he get no compensation if she murders it against his will?

She agreed when she decided to have sex

There is no way that consent to have sex is an agreement to give birth if she gets pregnant. If a man wants to start a family and be responsible, he won’t have sex without talking about whether or not the woman he’s having sex with also wants to have a baby. Maybe she just wants to have sex and no kids. It’s up to the man if he wants more than sex and to start a family to make it perfectly clear to the woman that she will be obligated to give birth to his child if he has sex with her.

A fetus is not a separate being. It's physically attached to the potential mother. Not attached to the potential father whatsoever. That fetus is not an independent "child" until the umbilical cord gets cut and it starts breathing on its own.

After the fact, birth, "Yes he pays if she keeps it" just as she pays if he keeps it. All he need contribute before birth is an ejaculation. Damn, I shot my load into her vagina and.. never got paid! Hell, I even let her eat crackers in bed!

Hey dipshit, don't like abortion? Don't have one.

It has separate DNA, the rest of your argument is emotional dribble about biology, and responsibility for the man only. If children are not in the plan do better preventing it! Don't want to have to make the decision be responsible

Well, Monk, too bad you are not half as good at putting together a cogent thought into simple, plain english as you are at wordy, fictitious gibberish even if sometimes cleverly composed to sound like you actually know something of which you talk about--- probably why your post only got liked by an idiot.
