What’s the deal with the Kyle photo? Remember how he surrendered to police? He had his hands up and didn’t get shot even though he was had a rifle on them. Thanks for reminding us how easy it is to surrender to police then have your day in court if it comes to that. Kyle is a great example of an upstanding citizen.

This was a tragic tragic accident which resulted in an unintentional manslaughter and is the fault of the hateful rhetoric and chaos created by many in the Democrat party. Governor Tim Walz and Mayor Frey are just as culpable as the ICE agents who pulled the trigger.

I can't remember what side of these discussion you usually fall on, I do those who liked this post. As one who falls on the side of all this ICE enforcement, that if you do fall on the other side, this is one of the best posts I have seen from one.
From what I saw, you described it well. If I were on the jury, I could convict of involuntary manslaughter. I would give a light sentence however because of the mitigating circumstances. The scene was full of chaos and confusion, added to by all the other protesters yelling screaming and blowing their little whistles. Maybe even a suspended one, because this conviction will bring out all the ambulance chasing lawyers and they'll get sued to death. That and their guilty conscience (because killing a man does that no matter what) will be punishment enough.

Minneapolis PD, Mohammed Noor killed an unarmed White woman in her pjs, who had only called 911.
She had no criminal record, never resisted arrest and the POS Somali served barely 3 years after Keith Ellison's office fought to have his sentence reduced.

Two officials familiar with the office told the Washington Post that at least one prosecutor in the office's criminal division has resigned since a meeting this week with U.S. Attorney Daniel Rosen where the prosecutors raised their concerns about the shooting probes
"The threat of further resignations is the latest sign of how the federal judicial system in Minnesota has begun to crack under the strain imposed by the administration’s immigration enforcement surge in the state," the Post reported. "On Wednesday, the chief federal district judge in the state wrote that Immigration and Customs Enforcement officials had violated 96 court orders since launching the crackdown in Minnesota, dubbed Operation Metro Surge."
Personally, I do not think Dementia Donne and his boot licking were expecting this much push back from the American People. I mean there demonstration is L.A. and Portland but like protests and demonstrations in Minnesota.
