They have ALWAYS sent out and counted mail in ballots. Yes, this year there will be more, but it's not a unicorn. We know how to count ballots. Sure, there will be some serious overtime getting racked up. Some counties will likely do 24 hour shifts. I know we did when we had our first big all mailed ballot election in June of 2018. Then we bought new, faster scanners. November 2018 and March 2020 went much faster with no need for 24 hour shifts.
