viability. per roe v wade.
That might mean something if biology never intended fetuses to grow into babies. But they always do unless the mother miscarries or dies. Therefore, what the Supreme Court considers not "viable" is just a step in the life stage of a child with the predictable outcome that it will be born and it will be human. In other words, since the fetus will progress to a born child at some point, it was viable as a human life at conception.
All you're doing is giving me more opinion.m'kay ... & most pro birth are not pro life.
when that zygote, embryo. early gestational fetus cannot survive outside the womb.
A human cannot survive outside the oxygen atmosphere of Earth. Does that mean we're not viable?
A fetus has a life history.there can only be one final decision & that belongs to the post born female who has a life history already in place.
I'm actually not against a woman having the right of choice over her body. While I don't think that right should be taken away from them, I think it's also important to remember that a fetus is a life after all.
the BBB & doge cuts should fit right in here...
One of these cuts was intended to stop federal spending on Planned Parenthood. It has been blocked temporarily for now but one of the reasons behind the proposed cut was to preserve the sanctity of life. Or at least, stop the federal subsidization of abortion which is not, in most cases, a health issue.
