Trump says they have Barack dead to rights with his signature on documents. Looks like the Trump DOJ could be going all in whole hog on a Barack Obama prosecution for treason, along with many other individuals, but Trump has essentially named Obama as the principle target and ring leader.

Question is: assuming Obama is found guilty of sedition, treason, or collusion to upset and steal an election, what should the punishment be? Pick 1-2 choices.

I have to protest, there is no option to choose all of the above.

I mean really, the nerve.

He needs another Nobel.

I suppose I could have including an option to first shoot, beat, stab and electrocute Barry, then throw his bullet-riddled corpse off a mountain, but I thought that might be a little excessive.

How about: Run over by diesel locomotive pulling 32 cars then remains fed to pack of ravenous hounds?

Before you answer, you must ask yourself being an Obama supporter, what would satan do?

Will Obama's cappos rat him out to cut a deal?

First, he actually has to be convicted of the crime. Second, the crime of treason is clarified under 18 USC § 2381 and if you read it, none of it exactly fits his actions. He didn't levy war against the United States or adhere to its enemies or give them aid or comfort within the United States or elsewhere.
That said, it "may" be possible to go after some of the previous administration under the Rico Statute. It was geared for criminal organizations, but as there was a conspiracy claimed, Rico may be the way to go.

We are assuming he is, here.

I would argue that Barry did in fact, all three. He levied war against his own country, and adhered to and gave aid and comfort to our enemies.

I'm looking forward to it. Of course, we all know that about 30 or so democrats including many heads of state were all working under the auspices of one or more of America's enemies helping fund it, to keep Trump out and to put puppets Hillary and Joe in instead. To me, that counts as treason.

It's not treason
It's bad, but not treason.

There is a reason only citizens are supposed to be eligible to be President.

I think his punishment should include confiscation of ill gotten wealth and mansions don't you. That's what they do to mob bosses :muahaha:

Take all of Obama's stuff then let him prove each item innocent of crimes in order to get it back.

The Coup de grace now would be if Mike divorces his wife.

If these actions happen when Osama was President Trump can't do anything per Supreme Court.

Pretty sure Trump's 100 billion dollar lawsuit will take it all. :muahaha:

You're a kinder person than me.

Wouldn't that be the kick, if Obumma is then proven never to have really been a true legal citizen of the country, so is then charged with impersonating a US citizen, a US president, and so, illegally holding office as president for 8 years voiding every action he took.

Let's void every action taken by Obumma and Biden, just for starters.

Only if they were official duties within the purview of the office's official duties. That does not include treasonous acts. Much of what Obumma did was after Trump's election to office.

Forced to produce his Kenyan birth certificate.
