This individual is not smart enough to maintain a low profile and is picked up by the local police for drunk driving

Libs release this repeat offender back on the streets and ICE tracks him down and attempts to arrest him

Which they have every legal right to do

He flees in a car and ends up crashing into ICE vechicles (more than one)

Afterwards this asshole runs into a random home and remains there for NINE HOURS while ICE waits for a fat ass local lib judge to issue a judicial warrant

Thats plenty of time for the woke crazies to gather and start a riot

But ICE did get their man

There are exceptions especially when it isn't the home of the perpetrator in question, but the current habit of progressive judges ignoring things like this made ICE go above and beyond evidently.

Back in the day if I was in pursuit and I saw an escaped convict go into a dwelling I could enter the dwelling without a warrant.

Admittingly they only time it happened was at a old derelict home close by the prison.

Exactly. Quit a different thing entering a derelict house where no warrant is possible because it has no legal occupants to issue a warrant against, vs. an occupied dwelling owned by an innocent 3rd party whose legal rights precipitate a warrant need.
