I wouldn't be happy at all if Obama was the only one. I think in the old days hanging was the punishment for treason. After Lincoln was assassinated, several were hung, all at once. Seems like we've got close to 50 who must have been involved in the attempted overthrow of a legitimately elected president.

Actually, they are still within the statute of limitations (I've seen the issue already addressed), and a president is not immune against actions of treason or other actions outside the purview of his regular, official duties.

Good thing Trump got the USSC to rule that any acts done within the constitutional authority of the president is covered by presidential immunity.

Undermining our elections, working to throw an election and to undermine a president running for office using the power of the government to criminalize a person so that you could install a puppet who you controlled for an unofficial (and illegal) third term, sounds like treason to me.
