Zone1 What makes Christianity different from other religions?

Is it a red herring like the two questions you are asking?
there are some people who actually believe that the book called MIDRASH is
history-----it is not----it consists of stories of instructive value. A good example
would be the story in the NT about the woman about to be stoned for adultery---
something like an adage. King Solomon did not actually have a conversation with
ants-----moving east------the hare and the tortoise did not really have a race

So we are agreed the first Christians were Jews who worshipped Jesus as God because they witnessed his miracles and resurrection.
No dummy. The disciples said they knew that Jesus was "The Holy one OF God", not God.The prophet like Moses who would speak the words that God puts in his mouth to convey all his commands. Jesus told them God tells him what to say and how to say it which means that Jesus did not think of himself as or claim to be God.

Do you have any inkling how pathetic you look? No? Thats a shame. And some people don't believe the consequence for setting aside the Law to seek spiritual life from a lifeless piece of bread MADE BY HUMAN HANDS is death, a curse.

Imagine that!

Name one witness to seeing him rise from the tomb.
Every eyewitness account of seeing Jesus after the crucifixion was an eyewitness account of what was seen and heard in dreams, the only realm where the described encounters could possibly be true eyewitness accounts.

On the other hand since Jesus compared Pharisaic beliefs and practices to a whitewashed tomb full of dead men and corruption, everyone, friends and enemies alike, believers and unbelievers, saw him leave this tomb and ascend into heaven little by little day by day until he was killed "taken up into hebbin" a euphemism for his death.

Name one person who said Jesus didn’t perform any miracles. Name one person who said Jesus wasn’t put to death for sorcery and leading Israel into apostasy.
Seriously? Hobelim said the miracles were not supernatural. Hobelim said Jesus was put to death for sedition.

Is this news to you?

I don't think ding ever got over the fact, recorded in over 24 thousand books, that the big bad wolf ate grandma.

Are stories in the Bible literal or allegorical?
As soon as you heard that a crafty talking serpent was introduce in Genesis you should have known the answer. Even if you were a child. At least where I come from no one over the age of three believed that animals can talk.

Even if you were a child.
That is true. Right now, millions of kids are watching cartoons with talking cats and dogs saying good things, and they understand that cartoons are not real life at a very young age. Whoever wrote some of the Old Testament (We have no clue as to who they were) wanted to make up some fanciful stories to suggest that humans were created by some master puppeteer who was like Santa Claus and rewarded good behavior and punished bad behavior.

For a cartoon story, Adam and Eve is pretty cool. Talking snakes wouldn't make a good cartoon, but talking cats and dogs and even skunks enrapture the younguns. To believe these things as actually true when you are an adult is a testament as to how easy it is to control humans.

Indoctrination is, unfortunately, the easiest thing to do to a human, but you generally have to get them when they are young and tell them to believe the cartoons, or else.

The "miracle" issue is interesting-----as far as I know----"miracles" are not a credential
for the rank MESSIAH.
The word miracle has taken on a supernatural aspect ever since Rome assimilated and perverted scripture.

Originally the word miracle just meant signs, signs that Jesus fulfilled messianic expectations; giving sight to the blind, raising the dead, ending "death", a curse for defying Divine law, for everyone who acted on his teaching.

Leading people to "the sanctuary of God." Which has nothing to do with a Temple MADE BY HUMAN HANDS.

When a child is hungry you give them something good to eat, not a bowl of crap. When a child asks about the world outside the home they are given fairy tales, to teach them hard learned lessons of the distant past.

The idea of a good being rewarded and bad being punished is most likely just a teaching about cause and effect.

Yes if a person takes the stories in scripture literally they are more likely to believe anything ridiculous and become easy prey for every sort of foul and loathsome beast and bird on earth, like those who were conned into "believing" that trump was going to save democracy from communism with fascism. derp. Such is the power of what the ancients called sorcery, the magical arts, what is now well known as brainwashing or mind control.

The possessed is a victim of mind control, the devil is the scumbag who fucked up their mind to control them.

That why I think children who haven't learned anything about the sciences, history, or literature, etc., should be shielded from religious indoctrination as it can be and is harmful, detrimental, even lethal, to the developing mind.

It’s in the Babylonian Talmud that Jesus (Yeshu) was put to death for sorcery and leading Israel to apostasy.
The Babylonian talmud was completed in the 6th century CE. So there's that. You might as well be writing about Vlad III Tepes of Wallachia now without knowing anything about him but legends rumors, and misinformation.

The Jerusalem talmud was redacted in 350CE after the council of Nicaea under the watchful eyes of the Romans.

I agree with all of your post other than the part about Trump. No one I know of ever suggested Trump would save them from anything except the fascist and Marxist Democrats like Biden and Kamala who imported 10 million illegals and shipped them into the states they need more seats in for the elections, and against the deep state who set him up for Russian Collusion, two impeachments and then lawfare to destroy him for the 2024 election.

The fascism was by the FBI, DOJ and CIA in infiltrating Twitter to squelch free speech against the vaccine and the Biden administration and illegal aliens.

You should have applied your mind to understand the lessons taught in story of A&E and the the talking serpent.

You probably don't realize this but you are a victim of mind control, demonic possession. Trump is a brazen liar and con artist who has employed every trick of the trade to "beguile" millions of otherwise intelligent people who continue to support his bizarre ambitions to undermine the constitution, the separation of powers, civil rights, the rule of law, and the will of the people of the United Sates, to be a comical king or a vain thin skinned petty tyrant.

Do yourself a favor and watch this. Usually the last person to know that they've been duped are brainwashed.

And recorded history. Specifically that Jesus was put to death for sorcery and leading Israel to apostasy just like the 24,000 written manuscripts say.
