I don't know if the Dems have a plan, but mine would be:

1. Russia gets the fuck out
2. Land taken by each country is returned to pre-invasion lines
3. Frozen Russian money is spent to rebuild Ukraine (including piling up destroyed Russian military assets on their side of the border)
4. Each country who contributed to Ukraine can send construction crews to assist in the process, and each will be paid as a percentage of their contributions to the war
5. Any frozen assets remaining (doubtful, sorry) are returned to Russia
6. No sanctions are lifted, although no doubt America would do so because of weak leadership
7. Putin can go fuck himself

That would be a good starting point for negotiations, with very little wiggle room.

how would that be accomplished without putting boots on the ground ? Russia ain't leaving .. I wish they would but they aren't .. should NATO send troops to force them out ?

Both democrat and republican administrations have pursued NATO expansion eagerly since 1989 when the Berlin Wall came down. So this is not and never has been a "left" or "right" thing, both political parties have more or less agreed on foreign policy for decades and that include the policy of military containment of Russia.

If trump wants to alter that strategy he can but he can't blame Biden for the Ukraine war when the causes of the war is some fifty years of accumulated United States policy making.

The democrat party doesn't want to end the war, so why you are you asking what there plan is for ending the war?

Second thread on this I've seen. Several right wing posters started one the other day. It has been a major talking point among alt right media since Friday...well, well, "what would you lefites do?".... Again, I'm not sure what confuses you. No one on the "left", needs to provide any solution. Putin started this war. Enabled by Trump's passivity. Trump wants to appease. History shows us that doesn't work. Dictators will always want more. Putin withdraws, returns all territory taken, returns all citizens, and ponies up for the damage he caused. If he refuses, the war goes on. Take the safeties off Ukraine. Allow them to go after Russian targets that might have civilians around them. Bring the war home to them.
