That 10% is now built into the stock market that Progs are ironically concerned about. So incremental increases or negotiations we will see what happens. People expect perfection with many things. World markets are open to American goods, but African and Asian third world countries cannot afford high end American consumer goods, and they're not ever going to be buying them.
