There are many legitimate reasons for creating a shell company, otherwise they would be illegal.

All you rubes have are smears and insinuations. No evidence.

Shell companies are sometimes used to dodge taxes, and Hunter may have done so. Chances are high Trump has also dodged taxes this way.

But if I was going to do legitimate business overseas, the first thing I would do is set up a shell company to protect my personal assets. Just like Hunter Biden and Donald Trump and many, many, many others do.
