It must be answered, something that Roe vs. Wade refused to address, which is why the ruling was overturned.

If you had a baby on your lap you would treat it like a baby. If you had fetus on your lap you would freak out and break your neck trying get this horrible thing away from you.

So which is more human a 2 year old or 35 year old adult?

A woman has thousands of ovum, of which they can choose to have children.
So it makes sense to pick the best time and place, for the 1 or 2 you want, out of all the possible.
It does not otherwise matter which you choose.
Even after a sperm has impregnated an ovum, the ovum still is not conscious, self aware, have feelings, or cares if it is alive or dead.
Those are all functions of brain activity that happen MUCH later.

The quint essential example: The only way that your "inhuman hypothetical" (hypothetical: something that exists only within the confines of the human mind, its not based upon reality but one's imagination)......., that hypothetical would require an abortion to have taken place. Its like the old axiom concerning the recipe for TIGER SOUP.........first, one must catch the tiger.

This is typical of a progressive response..........."first" you must dehumanize a human life. And you do this through your vain imagination without even attempting to have any cognition toward reason and logic.

FYI: That fetus.........outside or inside the womb is still an example of a unborn human, its within the same species.....dead or alive. Something that has been "legally" addressed by congress with the conclusion and ratification of the Endangered Species Act of 1973 (the same year the courts ruled in opposition to the science of their time with Roe v. Wade).........the law as written by Congress (the peoples representatives) conclude that it is a crime to endanger the unborn life of certain animals, as the unborn is an example of life WITHIN THAT SPECIES, placing that unborn example of life in danger (either with premeditation or ignorance) is a crime that is punishable by fine and or possible imprisonment. Congress got it right, life is defined even in the unborn.........it has taken SCOTUS just about 50 years to finally rule in the favor of life, science, reason and logic.

The better hypothetical question.............how did that dead example of a gestating human get in your lap?
