How come they don't bring this up on the news? Don't we need 60 votes to elect a supreme court judge? Even if the senate goes 50/50, how are we going to get 60 votes for a judge?

If it goes 50/50 they will use Tim Kaine as the vote to change the filibuster rule and make it a simple majority instead of a 2/3 vote for the confirmation of the judge...this is not the tradition..but they already changed the rules on filibusters and there is no way they will allow a chance to control the Supreme Court escape them.....
And if the Republicans hold the Senate...they don't have the balls or the spines to tell hilary no on a Judge.....the first thing she is going to do is get the FBI files on all the Republicans in Congress...just like they did the first time they were in the White HOuse......
