I called Anthem Blue Cross/Blue Shield last month, to complain about our 30+ increase in premiums--even though we're HEALTHY & had filed no claims during the year, & listened to a 2 minute RECORDED apology--that the reason our health rates skyrocked--was because of the PHARMACUTICAL industry has been PUSHING all these new drugs upon us for the last several years.
All's you need to do is watch T.V for one hour--& you have at least 3 sexual advertisements about some man who just can't do it without a pill. Then you'll have another adverstisment about some woman who urinates too much--so they have a pill for that--& then another advertisment about depression--or holy cow--it's gotten endless.
WELL GUESS WHAT---You are paying for an OLD MAN--to have SEX now-a-days through higher premiums-- You're paying for people who believe they have "restless leg" syndrome through higher premimums. You're paying for people that have "depression" to get a pill to allieviate what-ever sypmtoms they may thing they have.
THIS IS WHY MEDICAL INSURANCE RATES ARE NO LONGER AFFORDABLE--
When you have a baby boomer population--with millions of males--that need a pill to have sex--what in the "freak" did you think was going to happen--
