trump and his fellow criminals are using the Hungary example in how to peacefully destroy a democracy. It seems that some of the necessary characteristics for this to happen are:

-convince citizens that their country is being invaded by immigrants
-cast major doubts on the electoral system
-demonize any other political party with disinformation
-use the Ineptitude and delay of the courts to shelf justice
-gain control of the media outlets so that any opposition party has no chance of overcoming misinformation

It appears that trump has or is in the process of accomplishing several of these attacks on our democracy. It may be too late to stop the complete dismantle of our democratic republic. This attack on our country is more serious than Pearl Harbor, the Civil War, or any other calamity that this country has suffered, because those initiating the attack will soon be in charge of the government that seek to destroy. This is a very sad day.

He cannot pardon himself, because the charges are state charges. It is very, very unlikely that the NY Governor will pardon him. His sentencing could be delayed or reduced, but jail is still a possibility. In the trump way of doing things, he will delay, appeal, and deny...hoping that the charges disappear. And they certainly may, but MAGA must be proud of their Felon in Chief.

The charges were made up, political charges.
None would survive an appeal.
