That hole indicates fired from the front not the side. The crack pattern would be very different and the hole oval.

A woman is dead. He shot her twice through the side window even if he though his life was in danger for the first shot. Those last two shots were executions of a woman he deemed a ******* *****. Those last two shots will get him 7-20 years in prison.
