That hole indicates fired from the front not the side. The crack pattern would be very different and the hole oval.
The agets body cam shows she struck him with her car.

If that shot was fired from the front it would have missed the driver to her left. You do understand physics right?

If that first bullet hit her.. which i doubt since she kept driving it would not have killed her. The second and third kill shots at point blank range through the side window would have blown her face off.

The bullet hole was right on the drivers side which is really irrelevant since body cam shows she internally struck the agent. There is always a slight deflection when shot through glass and she likely moved t her left in response. He could have been using Hornady Critical defense hollow points that are designed to penetrate glass. I like them for myself

He point blank shot her in the back of the head through the side window safely out of the way. If she were already dead he wouldnt be firing. She was alive until that back of the head execution shot.
