Can you watch YouTube videos? If so, please start watching this one at 6 minutes. This is the ICE officer that the woman tried to kill with her vehicle. This is from either the cell phone he was carrying, or from his body camera, issued as part of his gear.

Watch as he walks around the dark red vehicle. He walks across the front of the vehicle, as she looks directly at him, smiles and then steps on the accelerator, and hits him.

She knew he was there and ran into him.

He had had a similar experience some time before, where an illegal immigrant hit him with his vehicle, and dragged him for quite a distance, trying to kill him. He was pretty seriously injured in this incident. Having the memory of it in his mind, I'm not at all surprised that he drew his weapon and shot at the woman who hit him with her vehicle.

Especially do not listen to the poster who is doing most of the lying about this incident. I just sent you a private message identifying him.

I saw a sad stupid unemployed woman interfering with law enforcement instead of being with her children, putting herself in danger and using her vehicle to block agents. She gunned the vehicle when ordered to step out and the officer felt the threat of imminent harm.
