From what I saw, read, and heard she was a member of an outfit called ICE Watch that primary objective was to obstructing ICE in performing their duties

She blocked a road. She refused to exit her SUV when told to. She turns the wheels of her car toward another officer. She starts driving away as an officer has his hand on the car door and his arm in the car

She heads directly towards another officer in her SUV

She was shot.
